Description: 本文首先介绍了有源电力滤波器的基本结构和工作原理,并对一些常规的谐波电流检测方法的优缺点进行了比较。其次,针对传统的谐波电流检测方法的缺陷,提出将神经网络与基于噪声抵消原理的自适应谐波检测相结合,利用径向基函数运算量小、收敛快、无局部极小值等优点,构造了一种基于径向基函数神经网络的谐波电流检测方法,仿真结果表明该检测方法具有很好的动态响应及畸变电流检测精度。最后,设计了一套实验系统,对本文所采用的系统方案进行了实验验证。仿真表明,本文所采用的有源电力滤波器检测系统方案切实可行,能够较好地实现动态检测谐波和无功功率的目的。 -This paper, firstly, introduces the basic structure and principle of APF, and then makes comparison among some conventional harmonics detections methods. Secondly, contraposes the limitation of the traditional harmonic current detecting method based on neural network, presents the method that combines the neural network and auto adaptive harmonic current detecting method based on the principle of noise each other eliminating.As the characteristics that are small calculative quantity, fast converge, without local minimal point of Redial Basis Function (RBF), this dissertation forms a new harmonic current detecting method based on RBF. The simulation results show that the method has many advantages, such as good dynamic response, high accuracy. At last, A system is designed to verify the proposed APF scheme .The results of simulation show that the proposed APF scheme is practical and can detect harmonics and reactive power effectively.

Description: This paper proposes a fault location method employing wavelet fuzzy neural network to use post-fault transient and steady-state measurements. When single line to ground fault (SLG) occurs in the distribution lines of an industrial system, the transient feature is distinct and the high frequency components in the transients can be employed to reveal fault characteristics. In this paper, wavelet transform is applied to extract fault characteristics from the fault signals. Fuzzy theory and neural network are employed to fuzzify the extracted information. Wavelet is then integrated with fuzzy neural network to form the wavelet fuzzy neural network (WFNN). The WFNN is most suitable for post-fault transient and steady-state signal analysis in industrial distribution power system. Analysis and simulation results illustrate that the theory and algorithm of the WFNN proposed in this paper are efficient in fault location. The proposed method improves the harmonic filtering by compensating the delays in the system. Since in transient state of the load the prediction no longer holds true, a computational control delay compensation algorithm is used in the reference generation instead of the prediction in this situation. Changing the algorithm according to the operating point guarantees effective harmonic compensation in all operating points. Description: This paper presents the Direct Power Control of Three-Phase Matrix Converters (DPC-MC) operating as Unified Power Flow Controllers (UPFC). Since matrix converters allow direct AC/AC power conversion without intermediate energy storage link, the resulting UPFC has reduced volume and cost, together with higher reliability. Theoretical principles of DPCMC method are established based on an UPFC model, together with a new direct power control approach based on sliding mode control techniques. As a result, active and reactive power can be directly controlled by selection of an appropriate switching state of matrix converter. This new direct power control approach associated to matrix converters technology guarantees decoupled active and reactive power control, zero error tracking, fast response times and timely control actions. Simulation results show good performance of the proposed system.

Paper, the characteristics of wind speed changes randomly, on the basis of the wind speed statistical characteristics of self-regressive moving average (ARMA) method to set up wind speed model has a certain power spectral density characteristics. Analysis and validation of the model simulated wind speed sequence, compared with the results of existing simulation program in wind speed model, results show that the proposed ARMA model can effectively generate dynamic analysis and simulation of the wind speed required sequence .

Description: This paper investigates the effects of Static Var Compensator (SVC) on voltage stability of a power system. This paper will discuss and demonstrate how SVC has successfully been applied to power system for effectively regulating system voltage. One of the major reasons for installing a SVC is to improve dynamic voltage control and thus increase system load ability. This paper presents modeling and simulation of SVC in MATLAB/Simulink. In this paper A SVC is used to regulate voltage in a power system. When system voltage is low the SVC generates reactive power (SVC capacitive). When system voltage is high it absorbs reactive power (SVC inductive). The SVC is rated +100 Mvar capacitive and 50 Mvar inductive. The SVC more effectively enhance the voltage stability and increase transmission capacity in a power system.
